Ready To Serve is a subsidiary company of an Indian restaurant that has been operating in Durham, North Carolina for 29 years. Three decades of banquet orders, wedding parties and campus catering taught us one thing: great Indian food is easy to love and hard to produce at volume.

So we built the wholesale side of the business around that problem. Our chefs cook the same recipes served in the dining room, then portion and freeze them in food-safe aluminum trays. Every tray is sealed, labelled and blast-frozen, so flavour and texture survive the trip to your kitchen.

The catalogue spans a wide Indian menu — chicken tikka masala, chicken korma, saag paneer, dal makhani, basmati rice, vegetable samosa — plus continental favourites like chicken alfredo pasta for mixed crowds. Vegetarian and vegan options run right through the range.
